We are an end-to-end solutions provider – our range of services covers all project phases, from advice at the initial conception stage, and spanning planning, realisation and  implementation, right up to support in your daily business. The complete production process up to the ready-for-delivery part is accompanied by measurement and test processes. An inspection plan, comprising a QM plan/production control plan, includes all inspections for preparation, manufacture and dispatch. And of course, the tests themselves are documented and archived accordingly. We deliver the finished product directly to your worldwide production sites.

Verified quality

We carry out the following strict quality plans and production controls:

  • FA/QI – First article and quality inspection (FA/QI)
  • FMEA – A failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a tool that is used in order to identify and resolve potential errors in products and processes.
  • SPC – Statistical process control (SPC) describes several fundamental and enhanced statistical methods to ensure that your process improvements are more effective.
  • PPAP – Production part approval process (PPAP) is the industry standard, and which ensures that the design and product specification requirements are met.
  • APQP – Advanced product quality planning (APQP) and control plans reduce the complexity of the product quality planning, in accordance with ISO systems.
  • MSA – the measurement data in the measurement system analysis (MSA) monitors virtually every process. When the data quality improves, the quality of the decisions also improves.

Our quality management procedures span all actions relating to planning, controlling and optimising processes on the basis of stated requirements. The aim of quality management is to improve the quality of a product or service, and therefore also increase customer satisfaction. In order to ensure this, all our facilities are equipped with the necessary testing equipment for measurement tests, visual inspections and functional tests.
